At the heart of our business are the cows. Cared for with love and naturally fed, they produce rich and flavorful milk.
It is from this milk that Di Cret cheeses and dairy products are born: handcrafted, they reflect the tradition and innovation of our company.
Zìs di Salmôre,
the story of an ancient cheese.
Made from cow’s milk, this local specialty is called “salty cheese” not because of the presence of rock salt, but because of its processing. Once cooked, in fact, it is immersed in larch vats containing Salmôre, a solution of water, rising cream and milk.
Do you want to know a secret? The brine improves in quality over the years, and ours is almost a hundred years old!

From the barn to processing, and finally to direct sales in our farm shop: this is the true short supply chain.
In the farm shop, you can buy our organic dairy products, raw milk, and eggs.
By making reservations by phone, we will prepare for you different suggestions of cutting boards and tastings of local products.
Grigio Alpina,
a story with a happy ending
On the farm, you might encounter the Grigio Alpina, one of the oldest Alpine breeds, at risk of extinction due to intensive farming that favors more productive cattle.
To safeguard these rustic, frugal animals so dear to our grandparents, we breed and guard the Alpine Gray, with the goal of preserving biodiversity and local traditions that were disappearing.
